Many conscious and intelligent individuals use erotic imagery to make sexual arousal efficient and effortless.  Too often, masturbating to pornography involves constricting movement and even forgetting our own bodies. This experiential course teaches erotic yoga practices and strategies that assist the porn lover to enliven his body and open his heart. In other words, the intention of this course is to make use of the porn high to be a healthier and sexier person.

Lesson One:  Clearly state your intention before you begin. Honesty about your intention lessens shame.

Here are some possible intentions:
“I am going to masturbate to help me fall asleep.”
“I want this to contribute to my relationship with my lover.”
“This will be a porn yoga workout that helps me develop my sexual skills.”
“I want to spend some time in a high erotic state for a half hour.”
“I want to enjoy some beauties having sex.”

Lesson Two:  Stand up and move.  Don’t be a couch potato wanker. Many men forget their own bodies while watching porn.   Raise your viewing screen so you can easily stand while masturbating. This change of position will transform how you masturbate in just a few sessions.
 
The foundational exercise for liberation of the hips is a pelvic rocking or thrusting. The movement is isolated in the hips. This thrusting circulates sexual energy throughout the body, but especially into your heart. Thrusting should be coordinated with breath, exhaling as you thrust forward and inhaling as you pull back. Play with speeds. Thrusting stamina builds with practice over time.  Be gentle with your back.

Lesson Three:  Savor your sensations by alternating your placement of attention between the porn and your own body.  A powerful practice is to regularly turn away from the porn for five deep breaths.

Lesson Four:  You don’t choose what turns you on so get over being ashamed about the porn you like. Enjoy!  Most men have some shame about the content of the porn they watch.
